South film industry’s famous actor Duniya Vijay is in trouble again. He recently got bail in an assault case last month. Now his Daughter Accused him of physical and verbal abuse. Vijay’s 18-year-old daughter Monica has filed a complaint at the Giri Nagar police station, accusing him of abusing and assaulting her over a domestic issue at his house in Hosakerehalli
In her complaint, Monica stated that her father Vijay her stepmother and three of her father’s associates assaulted her. Monica is in a private hospital under treatment for injuries. She told the police that she lived with her mother Nagarabhavi, Vijay’s estranged first wife, at a different place. On Monday, around 10.30 am she went to her father Vijay’s place to collect her clothes, driver’s licence and other documents.
When she entered the house there were 5 people. Vijay, his second wife Kirti Gowda, friends – Hemant and Vinod and Vijay’s driver Mohammed, verbally abused her, assaulted her. They were so brutal that they even banged her head against the wall.
An FIR has been registered against Duniya Vijay and his friends under Sections 341 (wrongful restraint), 324 (assault with deadly weapon), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 504 (Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) and 34 (common intention) of the IPC.
To let you know, this is not for the first time when the Sandalwood actor has been accused of assault. Last month i.e in September he was arrested by the police for allegedly assaulting a gym trainer.
