The famous cricketer Shane Warne over the past 20 years has bought and sold a string of multimillion-dollar mansions in the exclusive bayside suburb of Brighton, Melbourne and netted huge windfalls.
Now he has brought a luxurious new home after selling his old mansion worth Rs 100 Crore.
According to the reports, this home is near to Shane Warne’s old mansion. The new home includes 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a pool, theatre room, bar and an underground garage having space for 4 cars’ parking.
Shane Warne travels around the world. This is the reason he sold his big mansion to buy this small house which is not actually small for us. JP Dixon director Jonathan Dixon said his agency inked the Warne deal in one week after the house spent 51 days on the market through another agency at the end of last year. He said,
“Shane is in and out of the country so much, the other one was too big. It’s got underground garaging, it’s in a top spot and its pool (was another drawcard). It’s everything he needs but on a smaller scale, which is ideal for him, so he can shut it up and walk away travel. The other one was pretty big and a lot of work.”
