She is board certified in Pediatrics and fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics . She is originally from Nepal. After completing medical school from Kathmandu Medical school at Kathmandu, Nepal, she came to the United States . She completed pediatric residency from Texas Tech health science center in lubbock, Texas . After residency she moved to North Alabama to be with her husband while working for number of years at Athens limestone Hospital serving children of limestone county. She has particular interest in breastfeeding, Asthma, ADHD and obesity. She opened Primary Care Pediatrics and Family Medicine, P.C, to provide family friendly comprehensive medical care to children of all age from birth to 21 years.
