Liberty Village has no shortage of great places to grab a delicious and nutritious bite to eat. That’s one of the great things about living and working in the neighbourhood. If you’ve ben here for a while, you’ve probably discovered one or two favourites. I’d like to introduce to you one of my personal faves: Merci Mon Ami.

First established in 2007, Merci Mon Ami is a trendy neighbourhood bistro that’s a great meeting spot for lunch in Liberty Village.

Tasty Fare For Your Lunch

Merci Mon Ami specializes in freshly made sandwiches served on baguettes right from their ovens. Some of their tasty specialty baguettes include pesto chicken, eggplant Parmesan, roast beef, and prosciutto.

You can also choose from their daily hot features, or go with a fresh salad. Merci Mon Ami’s house made salad dressings are so popular and delicious that you can buy them by the bottle. They make a great hostess gift (if you can actually stand to part with it.)

Merci Mon Ami is licensed and offers a selection of beers on tap and in bottles, as well as their house wines.

A Warm And Inviting Environment

An indoor dining space with two large communal tables provides a friendly and hip vibe, while the front patio offers alfresco dining option during the summer months.

Available For Private Functions

If you’re looking for a bistro in Liberty Village for your next private function, Merci Mon Ami is available seven days a week for events ranging from an intimate dinner for two to a cocktail party for as many as 60 guests. They can customize your event to make it exactly the way you want it to be, from changing the look of the interior to preparing a special menu and beverage list. All the food is freshly prepared by their in-house catering company.
