The 2016 Olympic games...........A time for every Country around the world to showcase their best athletes in global sporting events. A chance to compete at the highest level of sport and represent a country that you are from that loves you and respects you and that you love unconditionally. But America never feels the same way about the men and women of color that have sacrificed everything for a chance at winning medals for a country that does not love them back. Just like when ALI won gold in 1960 , Thought he was a national hero....Came home to Louisville and could not eat at a local restaurant because of his race ..So he threw his gold medal into the OHIO River as if saying " Why did i give everything i had to a country that hates my race ". I look at these gifted and talented ladies from the swim, gymnastics and track teams...Look at all the dedication, practice, discipline, excellence ,and hard work just to compete on this level. Look at their parents , family and friends who without them their dreams would never be possible. So i say to myself why does America hate people of color so much ? We win you gold and you still hate !!! We win you championships and you still hate. We win you Super Bowls Etc...Etc.... and you still hate...But then i have to ask myself WHY DO WE DO IT ? WHY DO WE STILL WIN FOR A COUNTRY THAT HATES US?....Why don"t these kids play for their home countries like Nigeria or South Africa or Ethiopia their original homes ? When Andrew Bogut who plays for the Golden State Warriors here in the U.S. but plays for Australia in the Olympics everyone prides him on playing for his "" HOME'' team ...But what about us? The answer is simple.....WE DONT KNOW OUR ORIGINAL COUNTRIES... so we play our hearts out for a country that keeps telling us to go back to AFRICA.. or we do not love America if our hand is not over our heart....Personally i love this Corporation we call America but im not pledging allegiance to it. I also love my Originality and native heritage as the Original Man. I know the Continent but i can not remember my country. So once again here i am rooting for Gold for a country that wants to kill my sons and daughters and i have to ask myself 'WHY IS THAT" " HOW CAN I CHEER FOR MY OPPRESSOR ? Then i think of the movie Django where Leonardo Dicaprio"s character asked that same question. WHY? Why didnt Old Ben kill his father. Ben shaved him 3 times a week for 50 years.Ben sure had every right to kill him but he didnt do it ...WHY? Are we really submissive in nature ? Did the WILLIE LYNCH LETTER AND CHRISTIANITY make us submissive? Instead of doing something about our situation we feel the only thing we can do is PRAY about it ? And White America how can you hate a people that brings so much to America ? Style, dialogue, fashion. culture , GOLD MEDALS, Championships,and Money....You exploit our student athlete kids at these Universities and we allow it. You should love us in the state we are in now. But NO ... still NO respect even to the point of talking about our HAIR...WELL ITS GOLD MEDAL HAIR AND GOLD MEDAL MAGIC THAT THESE KIDS HAVE. WHETHER THEY ARE LOVED OR NOT BY THIS COUNTRY YOU CAN NOT ERASE THEIR ACCOMPLISHMENTS. ONE DAY WE WILL WAKE UP..ONE DAY WE WILL FIND OUT ABOUT OUR ORIGINAL HOME COUNTRIES......ONE DAY WE WILL WIN FOR THEM BECAUSE THOSE COUNTRIES WOULD LOVE US THE WAY WE LOVE THEM.......UNCONDITIONALLY !!!
