HR Assistant / Human Resources Assistant
Our client located in Addison, TX has an immediate need for an HR Assistant / Human Resources Assistant on a contract basis for 6 weeks.

HR Assistant / Human Resources Assistant:
The HR Assistant / Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR Team which consists of sourcing, recruiting, onboarding and new hire paperwork as well as assisting with benefits questions and act as the liaison between HR managers and employees, ensuring prompt resolution of all queries. 
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives to support day to day operations 
Create, maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
Assist employees with requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Listen, handle and resolve complaints as needed
Source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, drug tests and backgrounds as well as onboarding and initial orientation for new hires

HR Assistant / Human Resources Assistant Background Profile:
Bachelor’ s Degree required preferably with and HR concentration
At least 2 years of administrative experience supporting HR
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills
