Happy Mother’s Day!  Hold your children close and love them regardless of their age.  My hope for you is that you have a wonderful day celebrating Motherhood.

Oh My Goodies Birthday Card

Today’s card continues with the #imbringingbirthdaysback campaign.  With this color challenge, I decided to focus primarily on the blue opting to use Night of Navy then highlighted with Gold Glitter splatters mixed with Night of Navy splatters.  The happy birthday sentiment comes from the Oh My Goodies Stamp Set which coordinates with the Deco Labels Framelits.  There is also Gold Thread behind the sentiment but it is hard to see the detail in the photo. In the background, I also added detail using the Striped Scallop Thinlits die.  I really love how this turned out.

The card front is layered on a background of Night of Navy Designer Series Paper Stack.  It is bold and really helps the card front layer pop on the card.  I hope the birthday girl really enjoys the card.
