Netflix In Talks With Warner Bros To Extend Lucifer After Season 5

According to reports, the Netflix online video streaming platform is negotiating with Warner Bros. Television to renew the successful Lucifer series for the sixth season.

The Netflix online video streaming platform is reportedly in talks with Warner Bros. Television to renew the successful Lucifer season six show. However, neither Warner Bros. TV nor Netflix has confirmed the reports. The series was initially aired on Fox, but was cancelled after three seasons and then acquired by Netflix for its fourth season.

Producers of the series thanks to Netflix for saving the show

Netflix then announced that they had renewed the show for the fifth and final season with episode 16. However, he said 16 episodes would be divided into two parts of eight episodes each. According to reports, when Lucifer was renewed for the fifth season, executive producers Ildy Modrovich and Joe Henderson said they were grateful to Netflix for saving the show. The creators thanked the fans of the program for their immense support.

Tom Ellis was upset

When the popular series was protected in 2018, Tom Ellis, who played the role of Lucifer Morningstar in Lucifer, said he was disappointed with Fox’s decision.
