Three Ohio men have been charged for molesting an unconscious 17-year-old girl and releasing parts of the molestation to Snapchat.

On Wednesday, Quentin Smith and Alexander Wood, both 18-year-old boys, were summoned in Warren County Common Pleas Court in Mason. Dominic Cboins, who is also 18-year-old, is listed to be arraigned on November 22, a source said.

Court reports say Smith and Wood have been charged with one count of molestation, one count of Sexual Battery, three counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, and one count of use of a minor in unclothed material or performance. Cboins has been charged with one count of molestation and one count of sexual battery, according to a source.

On Monday, all three men were charged by a grand jury.

Prosecutors stated the assault happened at the Mason Inn on April 6 after a night of solid partying, according to a source. David Fornshell, Warren County Prosecutor, noted that the victim drank a bottle of rum and was in and out of consciousness, incapable of giving permission or opposing the three men.

“This particular victim did not have any idea the amount of what had happened because she was passed out. During the evening, two of the three defendants were sending out Snapchat photographs that were revealing her passed out and being physically assaulted,” he stated. Fornshell stated that the girl is undoubtedly unconscious in the videos.

A source reported, after listening that Wood had been in contact with the victim since the assault, the judge directed both Smith and Wood to have no contact with the victim or any other minors apart from family members.
