Schoolgirl Aruai Berik disappeared after a dancing class, it was assumed that she had been snatched by an unfamiliar man from the class in Karatu town, Kazakhstan.

Sick Zhaksylyk Baydildaev, 37 was sentenced to committing “violent physical acts” against the girl before killing her with punches to the head.

The wedded man then put her body in a bag and traveled with it on his cycle to a landfill site where he burned her body, as by reports.

Baydildaev was condemned to life imprisonment for murder but also executed under Kazakhstan’s tough new laws for child physical abuser and was condemned to feel forced Chemical Castration.

Baydildaev had admitted to hiding and burning the body of the victim, pretending she had died unexpectedly after proceeding to his house voluntarily.

However, forensic investigation of her remains assured she was executed with punches to the head and that she had been first physically assaulted.

The victim’s mother stated, “When we were seeking for her, he regularly approached us, asking if we had discovered her or not.”

The court told him he had earlier acknowledged the child and had earlier assaulted another 12-year-old schoolgirl and tried to molest her.

At that time, he had “changed his mind” and was not killed.

Kazakhstan recently improved and enhanced its laws to crack down on physical abusive attacks on children.
