A 20-year-old man arrested for molesting a 5-year-old girl playing the copycat game was condemned to five years in prison for one count of child molestation.

Jared Gorby, 20, was confined to 9 years in prison with 4 years suspended. Once he is released from custody he must complete four years of physical abusive offender probation.

Gorby came into the victim’s house as a friend and convinced the 5-year-old girl to play a game with her. His main intention was to molest the girl.

The victim told investigators Gorby played the copycat game with her and asked her to do the same thing which is being done in the video, the teen was very upset and sad that the boy later forced her to touch his body.

Gorby showed the victim a video and told her they had to copy everything “Anna and Elsa” appeared on the video, reports said.

The girl later told her parents how the man Molested her when they were not present in the house.

The parents immediately called the police and described what has happened with their child.

The police started an investigation and issue an arrest warrant for Gorby. Later the suspect was arrested and appeared in court. The court pleaded him guilty and sentenced him for a total of 14 years of prison punishment.
