Last Thursday, Summer Rose Kazzee, 22-year-old, was arrested on negligent homicide over the death of nine-month-old Lucy Weber.

In August, Kazzee reportedly strapped Lucy into her modified car seat in an effort to make her go to sleep.

She alleges that she left Lucy “rocking herself to sleep” as she goes to the living room on the other side of the house.

Kazzee, who avoided jail in 2016 after suffering her newborn son starve, stated that when she checked on Lucy 90 minutes later she was shaking and “clapping her hands”.

The mum stated that when she checked on Lucy 30 minutes later she discovered her unconscious with “the thing”, which refers to the seat’s top buckle, in her Baby girl’s throat.

The police who were called to the scene saw a blanket in the car seat and the mum reportedly admitted to used it to tie the seat’s bottom buckle so Lucy “would not mess with it”.

Kazzee allegedly made the serious modification to the car seat despite telling Lucy had never removed the bottom buckle herself.

She also now faces a charge of breaching punishment conditions set after she starved her son, a source reported.

Kazzee was sentenced for three years but later put on parole, after her son was hurried to the hospital in July 2016 weighing less than when he was born.

The mum and her partner Kody Weber stated that they fed the boy, who was not Weber’s son, and that his sickness was beyond their control.

Jurors accepted with a doctor who declared the baby’s condition was a result of “external causes” such as not being fed enough.

Weber pleaded guilty and was a prison for six years for part in the baby’s death.

Doctors were able to save the little boy, and his health dramatically changed and improved after he was placed in foster care.

Weber is expected to be arraigned on the homicide charge in next week and is being kept in jail without bond until then.
