RonnieStariOrtiz-Magro’sn for his role in series Jersey Shore is facing five misconduct charges: Domestic Violence, brandishing a weapon, child endangerment, resisting arrest, and criminal threats.

In a statement, Ortiz-Magro’s attorney of Ortiz-Magro said, “The facts and circumstances around Ronnie’s arrest have been misreported and exaggerated as we mentioned in the past. We are happy the District Attorney’s refused to file any charges, and we look forward to addressing this matter with City Attorney; until then, we will make no further comment.”

Ortiz-Magro will not be facing an offense charge following his alleged altercation with his former girlfriend, Jen Harley.

The Star was arrested on October 4, and police were forced to use a taser on this actor as he was resisting from getting an arrest.

 Very soon, he was taken into custody for alleged domestic violence, and from his home, he was taken to a local hospital before being taken into jail, from where he was released for $100000 bail.

On Wednesday, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office assigned the case to the City Attorney as per information gathered.

While he is no longer facing offense charges, the authorities from City Attorney’s office confirmed that they are analyzing the charges which can result in the arrest of this Star for misdemeanor charges of domestic violence, which is punishable up to one year in county jail.

Ortiz-Magro was also charged with abduction, but the District Attorney stated that the incident did not meet the criteria for the charge.

Considering his charges of domestic violence, Ortiz-Magro was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from his former girlfriend. However, that order was lifted after his wife didn’t appear in court to request a temporary restraining order.

As soon as the order was lifted, Ortiz-Magro was seen spending a day at Disneyland with his and Harley’s 1-year-old daughter, Ariana. 

In a statement, the reality star’s attorney, Scott E. Leemon, said, “The reporting of the alleged incident relating to Ronnie Magro yesterday is based upon pure speculation and innuendo. We are currently conducting our own investigation and will have no further comment until that has been concluded.”

As per the information provided by a source, any relationship which was earlier their between the couple has now ended because of a good reason which will be beneficial for both of them. Ronnie’s only concern right now is his daughter as she is very young at this time, and as a caring father, he will do anything necessary to ensure that she is taken care of.
