About Majid Hussain Sir – माजिद हुसैन सर के बारे में संक्षिप्त परिचय

Majid Hussain Sir Jamia Milia Islamia University  New Delhi के  पूर्व   Former Professor and Head, Department OF Geography थे। उन्होंने भूगोल विषय (Geography  Subject) से संबंधित  48 से अधिक पुस्तकें और 100  से अधिक Geography Research Paper प्रकाशित तथा संपादित  किये है। वे  (1992) में Indian national cartography association के  सदस्य और अध्यक्ष भी रह चुके है।  उन्होंने कई देशों की यात्रा की थी।  उनकी कई पुस्तकों का अनुवाद Hindi, Marathi, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, kannada और Urdu Language भाषाओं में  किया गया है. वे सिविल सर्विसेज के छात्रों के बीच काफी लोकप्रिय थे।  वे 81 वर्ष  के थे और उनका देहांत 25  January  2019  को हो गया था।
