Before a long time, international beers were considered as a symbol of pride and richness
among India.

Taste and Aroma of international beers served Indians and their taste buds comparatively better. Indian beer manufacturers and brands faced a hard time coming up and facing the rivalry. International beers were always considered superior and preferable. But today, many Indian brands have set up their markets locally pretty well. Now we can easily find Indian beer brands among big cities. Today people have started to appreciate and encourage the Indian beers’ taste and authenticity.

Brands like Bira91, Simba and White Rhino are widely consumed and bought by beer lovers. Most significantly, Simba has come a long way to achieve a state of success and progress in the sales graph along with the likable list of Indians. Prabhtej Singh Bhatia, the ideologist behind Simba, was nearly 27 years old when he came up with the idea of setting up a brewery in the state. Although, it was not an out of the line challenge for him because his family has been in the liquor industry since 1948.

Bhatia’s Rising Story: Simba  Beer

As soon as he returned from the UK, he realized that the Indian beers lacked a taste of
authenticity and the packing was almost mediocre. He applied for drug license in 2009, and he got the license for a brewery in 2012. Although, it took him almost one and half year to set up the brewery in Chhattisgarh. He also believed that the packing of beer played a major role in the notion of brand recall.

The current capacity of the Durg brewery is over 86.4 million bottles a year! And the success story hasn’t ended yet.
