You can disable hardware accelerated graphics in Google Chrome to fix WebGL error. Follow the steps-

1. Go to chrome://settings/system

2. Switch off “Use hardware acceleration when available”

3. Restart Google Chrome

1. Go to chrome://flags

2. Search for “WebGL Draft Extensions”

3. Choose “Disable” from a given drop-down

4. Restart Chrome browser

Fix #3

1. Go to chrome://gpu

2. You will see the problems, if any unusual warning in red appears, try to solve it.
