Instructions on How To Use:
- Take a few drops of Artistry Hydrating Toner on a piece of wet cotton
- Apply gently on face & throat area
- Avoid contact with eyes
- Leave it for a while so that it gets dry then apply Artistry Hydrating Moisturiser
