It’s been a long week and you deserve to treat yourself and this easy to make fake away is the perfect thing!
It is healthy, hearty, nutritious and best of all, delicious!
We will definitely be making this tonight…
Get your pots and pans out and cook up a storm.
Ingredients:
200g of raw large prawns/shrimp (defrosted)
2 cups of shredded veg
1 cup of sugar snap peas
1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger
2 cloves of garlic crushed
4 teaspoons of light soy sauce
¼ teaspoon of chinese five spice
125g dry noodles (can use a gluten free variety or spiralled vegetables)
Spray oil
Black pepper
Optional: spring onions, finely chopped
Equipment:

Method:
Cook the noodles, according to the packet instructions.
In a bowl, add the soy sauce, ginger, garlic and Chinese five spice.
Spray a large wok with some spray oil.
Add the vegetables and Stir Fry for 3 to 4 minutes until soft, remove and set aside.
Add the shrimp and sauce and stir fry for a few minutes, until the shrimp are cooked.
Return the vegetables to the pan, with the noodles and toss everything together.
Season with a little black pepper. Serve and enjoy!
For added flavour, tou can top with sliced spring onion, but this is optional.
