So given all the drama, and the lame shade range and how the situation was handled I was going to just not review this at all, but once I heard that the hydrating Shape Tape was the same as the old hybrid gel I knew I had to pull that foundation out of my drawer and put it to the test. So today we have Tarte Shape Tape vs Hybrid Gel Foundation.  I explain the whole situation in the video but essentially the new Shape Tape Hydrating foundation has the exact same ingredient list as their Hybrid Gel foundation and they claimed it was different because it was blended differently…so I wore both at the same time to test that theory.
