With my birthday coming up, I do my yearly “what can do I to prevent aging?” with regards to my skincare etc. I am trying to drink more water, cut down my sugar consumption and of course my religious devotion to sunscreen(I cannot stress this enough always use sunscreen!) are helping but I am starting to notice some unfortunate things.
