How to wear a checked shirt jacket? A checked jacket is surely a wardrobe staple. If it's a woolen one, it's also a shirt, and it's from Gant, it's a timeless one!. The Woolster is, indeed, a Gant icon from their Rugger line, it is a shirt/jacket originating in the 1950, revisited in a contemporary version. With a collar shirt, two pockets and buttons, it's a chic piece of clothing to match, like I did, to a pair of jeans, but it looks perfect also on a midi skirt, or a pair of plain trousers. I went for a 90s inspired outfit with my beautiful Gant jacket, and wore it on a pair of graffiti denim pants, Puma suede sneakers and a light wool top underneath.

Come indossare una giacca camicia a quadri? Una giacca a quadri è sicuramente un must in ogni guardaroba. Se, poi, è in tessuto di lana ed è anche una camicia, oltre a essere Gant, è senza tempo! The Woolster è, infatti, una icona Gant della linea Rugger; si tratta di una giacca/camicia nata negli anni '50, rivisitata in versione contemporanea nella collezione autunno/inverno Gant. Con colletto da camicia, due tasche e bottoni, è un capo chic da abbinare, come ho fatto io, a un paio di jeans, ma che è perfetto anche su una gonna midi o un paio di semplici pantaloni. Io ho scelto un outfit ispirato agli anni '90 per la mia bellissima giacca Gant, e l'ho indossata su un paio di jeans con graffiti, sneakers Puma suede e con un top in lana leggera sotto.

I love such a versatile piece of clothing: it can be a winter shirt or a jacket to wear in between seasons. The Woolster can be worn open with a top underneath, or buttoned and even worn with a belt at the waist. I can roll up my sleeves, and be a grunge girl, or wear it with classic pieces and be effortlessly chic. The color of my Woolster are different shades of blue, my favorite color...and Gant is such a legend in the shirts field, a brand born in 1949 in Connecticut. The quality, the cut of this jacket are really special, and make me love my Woolster all the more! How would you like to wear such an iconic piece of clothing?

Adoro un capo così versatile: può essere una camicia invernale o una giacca da portare nella transizione tra stagioni. The Woolster può essere portata aperta con un top sotto, o abbottonata, magari anche con una cintura in vita. Posso arrotolarne le maniche ed essere una ragazza grunge, o indossarla con capi classici ed essere chic senza sforzi. I colori della mia Woolster sono diverse tonalità di blu, il mio colore preferito...e Gant è una leggenda nel campo delle camicie, un brand nato nel 1949 nel Connecticut. La qualità, il taglio di questa giacca è davvero speciale, e mi fa amare ancora di più la mia Woolster! Come indossereste un capo così iconico?
