I am determined to wear more colors this fall and winter season. With the new trends, it is anyway allowed to wear colorfully mixed combos and by the way, it also influences the mood. In the past, there was this rule that said, certain colors could not be combined or worn together. For example, orange with blue, yellow with green or red with pink. With today’s trends, this rule can be deleted. For right now, it is precisely these color combinations that dominate the catwalk and the streets.

I still remember how many times I used to stand in front of the mirror and ask myself or my sisters, “Does that fit together at all?” Shall I take the red or purple bag for the orange dress? There are no golden rules anymore.
And despite this freedom of colorful outfits, I tend to, especially in situations where I do not have enough time to think about my outfit, to take out of the closet something familiar. Mostly it’s jeans and a dark top – plain and dark. Although I like colorful clothes as well, sometimes even more than just black. Colorful colors give a good mood, internally and externally.

Did you even know that this trend color orange is known as a rejuvenator after physical or mental exhaustion? It represents vital strength and activity. The warmth of this color inevitably raises the mood: orange is the color of joy, fun, socializing. Maybe that’s why I like to wear different colors, and also these ones.

It emphasizes security, coziness and emotional warmth. What I did not know until today, because of its stimulating effect, the color orange is also used in color therapy to strengthen the immune system and activate the body’s own defenses. It is always interesting what colors can trigger and how they affect our mood and our mind.

That’s why I decided to wear more color again in autumn and winter, which is why the outfit today is a real color bomb.
