Best Encouraging Quotes I Look At Weekly

Friday!!! So excited for this weekend because my mom is coming into town. I haven’t seen her in about two months and I’ve planned a full itinerary for our weekend with my sister haha. It will be a fun-filled weekend with friends, food, and girl-talk.

I am a huge Pinterest user. That’s my main source of where I get my inspo for just about everything. One of my favorite things about Pinterest is the access to pretty much a million quotes. I have a dedicated board to quotes and like to scroll through them weekly or even daily if I’m feeling down. I figured for this Friday I could share my favorite ones that offer me the most encouragement to get through good days, bad days, and long weeks. Like I said, I pulled each of these via Pinterest which I credit and majority have the name/site of the owner of them. I did not create these… I just take a lot of inspo from them. You can bookmark this page or pin the above image to save and look back at weekly to remind yourself you CAN do it and to continue Encouraging yourself that you’re great!

#1: I love this. This encourages me each and every day to look for the good. I gravitate towards people with a good heart and in turn, want a good heart for myself. As much as I love fashion, beauty, etc. a good heart is what matters. I know I personally and many others can see through people with bad intentions. I have days where I’m probably selfish (don’t we all?) but I try to keep a happy heart and mind every day and remember others. I’m also a huge smiling and hugging person. I think it’s so rude when you hold a door for someone and they don’t say thank you or when you smile at a stranger and they look away. Do something nice for someone and if someone smiles at you, smile back!

#2: This is probably my favorite and the most lengthy one. I love the graphic, it makes me want to print it haha. I have really good and really bad days just like any other human on this earth. This encourages me to take the bad with a grain of salt and keep going. When I look back at harder times, I realize God had a plan for me and those hard times turned me into who I am today. Be thankful for every aspect of life and let whatever negativity only drive you to push harder.

#3: THIS. Wow. Something I need a daily reminder about and hope you all take this seriously. Whether you’re a college student, mom, teacher, high-schooler, etc. Make yourself a priority. I tend to put family and close friends first a lot but every now and then I realize my health, sanity, and mind deserve to be first. I’m a nicer, happier person when I take care of my needs and want you to remember that no matter how busy your week is, put time for yourself each and every day. No matter if it’s just 5 mins or an hour you deserve it.

#4: Such a great scripture. This helps encourage me that whatever leap of faith I’m taking or if I’m struggling with projects for a week, I just look at this and pray. Sometime’s life knocks you down but God never gives you anything you can’t handle.

#5: I haven’t felt the need to really look at this one that often the past 2 years because I LOVE everyone and everything in my life right now but wanted to throw this in for others who may be dealing with this. People change, you grow, you learn, and sometimes friends or relationships are only meant to be a part of your life for a certain amount of time. IF you’re dealing with a boss, a friend, a boyfriend, or anything that’s bringing you down and not encouraging you to be your best self, I encourage you to cut ties. I’ve had to do this A LOT in the past years and I can say that the last year has been nothing but the happiest for me because I chose to only surround myself with people who invest in me too. Life’s too short to spend your time with people who don’t care about you.

#5 and #6: The two above go hand in hand so I thought I would talk about together. If you have a dream, go for it. Nothing should be stopping you and if it is, that’s when #4 comes into play where you need to cut that out of your life. Two two quotes above help me work harder and and every day. I deal with doubt and self-consciousness on a daily basis but I never let it stop me. I get asked so much about how I started my blog and made it successful. Personally, I’ve worked my butt off the last (almost) three years to get it to where it is today and it’s still only just the tiniest bit of successful in my eyes. It’s not where I’d like it to be but I have a dream and I’m not quitting. If you have a dream of your own I encourage you to take a leap of faith and sit down to start planning what you need to do every day to make it come true. I believe in you!

I really hope y’all enjoyed this different blog post. I’d love to continue sharing positive Encouraging Quotes monthly with y’all! Have a happy weekend!
