Evening, tonights post I will be shying away from the skincare post and more towards the make up side of things.. I have been obsessing over finding the right foundation recently, one that will not break me out and also one that will cover all my imperfections! It is hard and this foundation may not work for your skin type, I have oily skin and suffer with the odd spot or 6 which is not idle. The Maybelline Super Stay has been thrown good and bad reviews since making an appearance to our counters.

Packaging- The packaging is very minimalistic, and has hardly any branding on it apart from the name and ingredients on the back.

Applicator- Pump

Consistency- The foundation applies very smoothly over skin and covers blemishes without the feeling of being caked. I find that the foundation is medium to full coverage and is certainly buildable! I find it does not stick to my under eyes where I suffer from bad circles! During the day it does not leave you feeling oily and the foundation does not transfer as I find with some higher coverage foundation.

Staying power- I apply my make up around 7am and do not wipe it off until 7/8pm (not by choice I am stuck in work). The foundation on first application leaves me with a flawless base and as the day goes on it does stick it out! Come around 4pm I find that if I do not powder my face (which I am too lazy to do), My blemishes start to peak through my foundation and my dark circles under my eyes start to show! Like a lot of foundations I have tried I have found that they leave me with a very oily T Zone and chin by the end of the day, I am yet to suffer from this with this particular foundation which I am so happy about!
