​Ever since I died my Hair platinum blonde it has been a struggle finding a way to keep my color from fading into that nasty yellow shade. However, I have finally found a routine that completely erases any brassiness from my hair! First, I only wash my hair every other day. I would wash it less if my hair type permitted, but unfortunately it does not. Washing your hair makes your color fade quicker so I recommend washing it as seldom as your hair permits. My first savior is the Joico Color Balance Purple shampoo. This stuff is a dark, vibrant purple which is how you know that the product is going to be super effective. Instead of conditioner I use the Shu Uemura Color Lustre Shades Reviving Balm in Cool Blonde. This stuff is the same amazing dark purple hue and is super moisturizing. I only apply this to my ends and leave it on for 5-10 minutes. Make sure to towel dry your hair before applying it to get the optimal result. The combination of these products leaves my hair looking as good as new!
