FASHION Bloggers HELP GET OUT THE VOTE
Darling's those of you who have read my blog for a while know that I love fashion and I love the fashion world . However I can't but think sometimes we can a appear to be a superficial industry. Therefore I am putting out a plea to all fashion bloggers to take a stand. Since I have been involved in theater and fashion I have been inspired by the diverse array of people I have meet . In my opinion few other industries play host to such diversity.
Since I am a gay man I am one of the minorities that are part of this diversity. Moreover I have meet people from every background , ethnicity, sexual identity, who are immigrants and refugees , born in North America or almost any where in the world. What we all have in common is the love of fashion and humanity.
Fashion design , fashion editorial, make-up and beauty, costume design and so many other disciplines are all part of this amazing fashion world . However one of the biggest parts are fashion bloggers and influencers .
FASHION BLOGGERS USE YOUR INFLUENCE
Although I am Canadian , I am also a political junkie and a human rights advocate . I have been political in this place before to express my views to my readers.
I have been horrified by the current American administration . While politics and fashion may not appear to have much in common , they actually do in this mid-term election. Whatever your political affiliation you must agree that Trump is a disaster. Moreover this administration has targeted ethnic minorities, women, lgbtq community, immigrants, refugee's , and democracy in general. Moreover this assault effects so many in the fashion world and the world in general.
Therefore I am requesting that all fashion bloggers put out a request and a plea for there followers to VOTE. The lowest demographic that votes are millennials. However I have had the opportunity through this blog to meet and interact with this dynamic group and I want you all to know how much your vote matters.
