Diva on the go: Monte-Carlo

Hey guys! so around a month ago I visited Monte-Carlo in the South of France and honestly had one of the best times of my life. I love Monte-Carlo because of its vibes, they’re so me. If you love Shopping, eating, relaxing, and honestly just having a good time then Monte-Carlo is definitely for you.

The best thing to do in Monte-Carlo is definitely shopping, even if you don’t like shopping, the experience you get shopping in Monte-Carlo is out of this world. Luxury shopping is definitely my favourite hobby/ addiction. Practically all the shopping in Monte-Carlo is luxury so needless to say I was in HEAVEN. There is also the Casino, a variety of luxurious dining options, and more that ill be covering today.

The Monte-Carlo Pavilions, a temporary shopping mall
Where to stay
  1. Hotel de Paris

This is the Hotel that I stayed in this trip and it was honestly amazing, the rooms are beautiful as is the hotel as an entirety. There are 5 restaurants in the hotel as well as a variety of amenities including a private beach. This hotel is also conveniently located in the middle of the town between the casino and the shopping. Another perk to this hotel is the number of luxury/super cars parked outside, this is super beneficial because it keeps men and kids really busy so you can quickly run over to the mall and speed shop if you’re there with your family;)

The Hotel De Paris
Where to eat
  1. L’horizon Deck at the Fairmont

If you’re looking for a relaxing place to eat with a view then this is 100% the place to be, i would recommend going here for lunch but there are also dinner options, the dinner menu is heavily seafood based so if your dinner group isn’t into seafood this wouldn’t be the best bet.

    2. Nobu Monte-Carlo

This is one of Nobu’s latest locations so of course i had to put it on the list. Everything about Nobu, from the atmosphere to the menu is ideal and luxurious, so if you’re craving asian cuisine, or just a boujee IG photo, then for sure hit up Nobu.

3. Le Louis XV

conveniently located inside the Hotel de Paris, this is one of the prettiest restaurants you’ll probably ever see. This restaurant is ultra-luxury, from the menu to the decor, unfortunately this means a night here will come at an ultra-price so i wouldn’t recommend it unless it was for a special occasion or if you just have money to blowww.

On the way to Nobu
What to do
  1. shop

Monaco for me is a literal shopping haven, especially when it comes to luxury shopping. I highly recommend going to Le Metropole Shopping centre which is located near the centre of town and has a variety of stores, boutiques, cafes and more. Also if you’re going to be there in the near future i recommend going to The Monte-Carlo Pavilions which is a temporary luxury shopping mall filled with designer boutiques such as Chopard, YSL, Piaget, Louis Vuitton and more.

Outside the Gucci Boutique on Monte-Carlo Avenue (best service)
2. Monte-Carlo Casino

so personally i’m not old enough to gamble, but i know a massive attraction in Monte-Carlo is the casino, infamously known by any and all James Bond fans as The Casino Royale, there’s actually multiple casinos all within walking distance of one another, but unfortunately theres quite a strict dress code to be allowed in. Overall i would recommend at least seeing the casino even if you aren’t big on gambling, as it is one of the biggest attraction.

Louis Vuitton at the Pavilions

Overall that’s really all there is to do in Monte Carlo next to relaxing in the sun by the pool, this city is truly a luxury seekers dream. It is relaxing, fun, and exciting all at once. I would recommend this city to anyone but it is important to note that if you’re the touristy type who loves to explore and adventure rather than relax then this may not be the ideal vacay spot for you. I definitely think this is my favourite place on the planet and ill be going back the first chance i get.

Thanks everyone so much for reading! Until next time, xoxo.
