Here we are at “Tula Comida Latina “, my favorite Latin American food Restaurant in Casablanca. Tula is a new concept of restoration that allows you to discover the kitchen of Latin America, with all his vocabulary, his flavors, his spices and his culinary sensations.

It’s a small restaurant but the decoration is very nice and very Mexican, I love the wooden walls and tables, the bricks wallpaper and especially the black painted walls and ceiling, gives such a beautiful look to the restaurant. It’s the little things that complete the theme; the Mexican accessories were all over the place from the serape on the chairs, the sombreros of different colors hanging on the walls to the black basket chandeliers that are hanging upside down from the ceiling. What I loved the most besides the food is the atmosphere; it’s so nice and cozy with that beautiful Latin music playing in the background, it gives a special feeling as if you were out of your world for sure. The service was amazing, when you walk in a waiter takes you to your table and take good care of you till you walk out of the restaurant.

Tula is a homemade, clean, fresh and non-industrial ingredient, to guarantee the finesse of the dishes, their authenticity, and their simplicity in short, to make the best, and it was the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. The menu is well diversified, there are dishes from all over Latin America; Mexican, Peruvian, Argentinian, Chilean, Colombian, Central American, Vegetarian Friendly and Vegan Options. Besides the menu they hand you an iPad where you can see all the pictures of the dishes, seeing all the dishes nicely and clearly on an iPad wants you to choose more of them. In any case it let me choose more precisely what I wanted, it’s a great idea that I admire. For food, we ordered “Trilogia Latina” which is a plate of three tacos; chicken taco, Red Meat Taco and gambas taco. The tacos quality is high and very delicious, fresh shrimps and tasty meat with excellent sauces. I don’t eat red meat so I didn’t like the red meat taco. “Tacos chilangos” which is a corn tortilla with minced meat, parmesan cheese and sauce; I like the crunchy tortilla and the combination of the cheese and the sauce was amazing, I liked it a lot cause I couldn’t taste the meat (most people wouldn’t like that but I prefer it when the sauce dominate the taste of the meat) . For drinks, “Mojito Bodeguita”; made of sparkling water, lemon, mint and cane sugar it is very tasty and freshly made, one of my favorites for sure.

If you do your fair share of browsing on the internet you’ve probably seen that gingham is on trend, and I definitely love it. I just got this beautiful gingham blouse; it’s a light fabric that fits perfectly. It’s a summery blouse, and of course I can’t wear it alone in this cold weather so I wore over it this light beige knit sweater that I love, it’s super cozy and comfy and it goes nicely with the gingham pattern. I paired it with jeans to bring out that gingham, black boots; I love their style, can be worn in many ways and are comfy to walk in and this beautiful black leather backpack; I’ve been wanting one for so long, I just couldn’t find the perfect one for me but I finally did, it’s the perfect size for me, the style is very simple and elegant, I really like it. It gets colder at night, so I threw on this beautiful, warm and large scarf that I basically take with me everywhere I go.

If you want delicious Latin food, relaxed vibes and just want to change it up a bit I definitely recommend Tula !! Have a nice day Xx

Aujourd’hui le choix est Mexicain, nous voilà à “Tula Comida Latina”, mon restaurant latino-américain préféré à Casablanca. Tula est un nouveau concept de restauration outre-Atlantique, qui propose de faire découvrir la cuisine de l’Amérique latine, avec tout son vocabulaire, ses saveurs, ses épices et ses sensations culinaires.

Il est un petit restaurant mais la décoration est très agréable et très mexicaine, j’adore les murs et les tables en bois, le papier peint de briques et surtout les murs et le plafond en peinture noir, donne une si belle apparence au restaurant. Ce sont les petites choses qui complètent le thème; les accessoires mexicains étaient partout de la serape sur les chaises, les sombreros de différentes couleurs sur les murs au panier lustres noirs qui pendent la tête en bas au plafond. Ce que j’ai bien aimée est l’atmosphère; il est tellement agréable et confortable avec cette belle musique latine en arrière-plan, ça donne un sentiment spécial comme si vous étiez sur un autre monde. Le service était incroyable, à l’entrer un serveur vous amène à votre table et prendre soin de vous jusqu’à ce que vous sortez du restaurant.

Tula est une cuisine, como en casa, bonne, propre, fraiche et à base d’ingrédients non industriels, pour garantir la finesse des mets, leur authenticité, leur simplicité bref, pour en tirer le meilleur ! et ce fut la meilleure nourriture mexicaine que j’ai jamais eu. Le menu est bien diversifié, il y a des plats de toute l’Amérique latine; Mexicaine, péruvienne, argentine, chilienne, colombienne, d’Amérique centrale, les végétariens et végétaliens options. Avec le menu ils vous remettent un iPad où vous pouvez voir toutes les photos des plats, de voir tous les plats bien et clairement sur un iPad veut que vous choisissez plusieurs d’entre eux. En tout cas, il m’a laissé choisir plus précisément ce que je voulais, c’est est une excellente idée que j’admire. Nous avons commandé “Trilogia Latina” Qui Est Une plaque de trois tacos; taco de poulet, taco de viande rouge et Gambas taco. La qualité des tacos est haute et très délicieux, crevettes fraîches et de viande savoureuse avec d’excellentes sauces. Je ne mange pas de viande rouge, donc je n’ai pas aimé le taco de la viande rouge. “Tacos chilangos” qui est une tortilla de maïs avec de la viande hachée, de fromage parmesan et sauce; J’aime la tortilla croustillante et la combinaison du fromage et de la sauce était incroyable, je l’ai aimé car je ne pouvais pas goûter la viande (la plupart des gens ne serait pas comme ça, mais je préfère quand la sauce dominent le goût de la viande). Pour les boissons, “Mojito Bodeguita”; en eau gazeuse, de citron, de menthe et de sucre de canne, il est très savoureux et fraîchement préparé, un de mes favoris.

Si vous faites votre part de la navigation sur Internet, vous avez probablement vu que gingham  est en tendance, et j’adore vraiment cette tendance. Je viens de recevoir cette belle blouse gingham; c’est un tissu léger qui me convient parfaitement. C’est une blouse préférable pour l’été, et bien sûr je ne peux pas la porter seul dans ce froid, donc je portais sur elle ce pull en tricot beige clair que j’aime, il est super confortable et il va bien avec le gingham. J’ai porté avec elle un jean, bottes noires; J’adore leur style, peuvent être portés de plusieurs façons et sont confortables pour marcher, ce magnifique sac à dos en cuir noir; je voulais un sac comme celui-ci depuis longtemps mais je ne pouvais pas trouver un parfait pour moi, mais je me suis finalement fait, il est de la taille parfaite pour moi, le style est très simple et élégant. Il fait froid la nuit, donc j’ai choisir de porter ce beau et grand foulard que je prends essentiellement avec moi partout.
