As part of our continuous program of team development, November saw us all attending a Scrum Master course.

Four late nights – and a lot of pizza and nachos later – we now have 20 fully trained Scrum Masters in the company.  Although only our project managers will act as scrum masters on agile projects, we felt it was important that everyone learned how it works, along with the intricacies of scrum and agile development. In December twelve of our staff will be sitting their certification exam.
