If you’re a Star Wars fan it’s no secret that there’s been a shortage of games since Disney and EA took the reigns.

In some recent news it’s been confirmed that there is still another game in the works. This game is called Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order. As the title suggests, this game occurs after the events of The Revenge Of The Sith. This is exciting for many fans because this is an area where not a lot is known about the events between this period and the beginning of A New Hope.

Vince Zampella was in the audience at EA’s event, confirming that Respawn’s planned game will include lightsaber combat, perhaps making the game less like Battlefield than many would expect. Playing as a Padawan who survived Order 66.

The game is planned for a 2019 release, details of the platforms are still unclear, which means that the game still has a ways to go before it even gets a trailer.

We’re excited about a game that steers clear of the Disney ‘NuWars’ style nonetheless.
