Body Cleansing

All you vegans and vegetarians, I don't know how you do this. Ever since I started this journey I've been having problems using the restroom when I should be going everyday. By restroom I mean number two. I was suggested a probiotic that I purchased at Whole Foods. I used the refrigerated liquid one once and it worked the first time but not the other three times. I switched to pills and it just didn't work. I purchased the liquid one yet again today in hopes of it working. I think I'm going to do a juice cleanse for three days. I did that before becoming vegan and it made me feel so much better. Last time I did it for six days but this time I think I am only going for three just to cleanse me. Plus with all of my workouts I have been doing I don't think its the best idea to go for an extended period of time. I also purchased Quinoa today because I have seen some delicious recipes on Pinterest for it lately so I'm willing to give it a shot! Off to the gym tonight because I skipped last night. I know, I know shame on me but I really wasn't feeling well last night which means I will be working twice as hard tonight! I have to beat my record of a 15 minute mile on the treadmill! Wish me luck!
