The rising demands of Indian Thali

Initially, there were restaurants that had multiple Food items and within them, there were options for specific types of cuisine. Nobody opened a restaurant with just a single type of cuisine, except Chinese restaurants because those were preferred by a large audience. But over the years, people got tired of the same taste and flavours and demanded new items. The idea of an Indian Thali, which was at the outset, just another option in the menu, was later on enlarged to a greater scale. It definitely took some risks, but the mindset of the people was studied in depth and then accordingly, actions were taken to create some change in the world of food.

      

Restaurants kept on opening with newer varieties in the dishes and which was initially a subset had now turned into the Prime dish. People actually visited hotels in order to taste different items in a Vegetarian Thali. The fad went high and in due course, restaurants that were exclusive and special with this started blooming. We all love home food and if there is more taste and spice added to it, we wouldn’t want to miss that. How long will be keep  on eating the monotonous flavours? Which frankly speaking, is just one flavor added to multiple dishes. There are many components included in this so as to make it favorable for the eaters. These components are as follows.

Indian Thali delivers diversity:  No other cuisine in the world will offer you such diversity in one single plate. Well, as a matter of fact Indian Thali does, and that too involving the portion of different nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Carbohydrates, fats, proteins and vitamins are consumed by you through one solitary meal. This is a rare case that can only be witnessed over here. The combination where a healthy food is a tasty food becomes a huge attraction for foodies as both the purposes are served satisfactorily.

       

A Vegetarian Thali is reasonable:  The maximum cost that we pay here is the minimum cost that we pay elsewhere for other cuisines. And on top of that, those other cuisines don’t even offer any variety. When you dig into a Vegetarian Thali, you receive a portion of sweet, salty, bitter, spicy and extra spicy items. Another benefit is that most of these dishes are also rich in nutrients. And the best profit is that we eat it all under a very reasonable cost. Your wallet doesn’t get thin but your tummy gets fat. What else do you need!

The quantity never ends in an Indian Thali: The concept of a buffet has been introduced where you pay a fixed amount and have the pleasure of unlimited food entering your mouth. You simply cannot get enough of it, you  crave more and you get more. After consuming a stomach filling Indian Thali, you are not in the condition to walk as it is very difficult for you to lift your stomach. The feeling resembles the one you have at home when your mother keeps adding Roti after Roti and you eat till there is no space left anymore.

Like a girl who is tired of wearing the same micro miniskirts and then one day decides to wear a Sari and loves it. Likewise, be the girl and try the traditional delicacy excusing the other cuisines you have been eating since ages. Maybe you’ll love it too. No judgements on the analogy, please.
