Complete Weight Loss Tutorial

Wanna look like a girl on the picture above? Maybe it looks unattainable, but if you really want and are willing to do something, you HAVE A CHANCE! This is not a tutorial how to fit in a swimsuit in 14 days, this is the tutorial how to radically change your body and lifestyle in 3 months. I'll suppose, that you eat normally and don't keep a diet (diet from magazines or television doesn't count). This article is focused on beginners and evergreen dieters. If you are trying to lose weight for a first time or you have tried a lot of techniques, this is the time when you'll face the truth. On pages, where people weight loss / gain how they need, because they are not going to listen confusing ads.

Firstly, you have to understand the basics. Physical laws are sacrosanct. For the change of body you have to do two things - improve stuff you put into body (food, diet) and that what is going out of it (I've on my mind energy - exercise). Minimum number of exercises is 3 times per week. However, optimal number is 5. We will change food gradually, you aren't gonna be afraid of some violent changes or fasting.

In this article about weight loss you are gonna to reveal how to pass over your current lifestyle into a new one. It'll guarantee you a dream body. Every new step helps you to get closer. Weight loss/gain isn't so big deal, if you know how to deal with it. We'll proceed step by step. Until you proceed to another step, you have to get used the current one.

Step #1
Training
- We learn going to gym (or make our own one at home). We should look how it goes there and try some training machines. You should also think about some outside activity (very good is swimming, running or bicycle). In this phase it isn't going about exercising in a true meaning, but about "ventilation" of your body.
Food
- We hand out our daily food into 5-6 small portions so, that the issue stay roughly same. Very important part is that we must portion the food equally for all day.

Step #2
Training
- We learn good technique of basic exercises. So far isn't so important weight, number of series or intensity, the important thing is to learn good technique.
Food
- Try to hand out you daily food into 6-8 portions to the most regularly all over one day. Learn what are proteins, sugars and fats and how to count what did you exactly eat in one day. Fill up your freezer with the right food.

Step #3
Training
- We learn how to awake our muscles which we train. We must feel move of the right muscles. Begin every exercise in set of 6x12 (6 times - 12 reps) with maximal weight you can do without help of someone else. Never start your exercise without warming-up! Try to balance activities of strenght (fitness), endurance (running, bycicle) and dynamic (volleyball, basketball).
Food
- begin to keep what you eat, reduce fat food and sources of simply sugars! Prefer long sugars (dark bread, racio and müsli). On the afternoon shift food with more sugars (for energy during all rest of the day) and at the evening shift food rich on proteins (good for regeneration).

Step #4
Training
- We learn correct rate of exercise. Shring all training into 90 minutes. Train hard (you should be tired as during running), shorten breaks between excersise into max. 1 minute. Follow it also with your alternative activities for 4-5 days a week.
Food
- We hand out food so as we have in each portion certain amount of sugars and proteins. You need to know your values.

When you get all of this until here, you'll be absolutely different man. You will know how to loss weight!
