Y: You, people who have been part of my imperfect but amazing existence, are the greatest gifts I had. Even if it was not my birthday, I still had the opportunity to receive gifts of Love, family and friendship.

O: Overwhelming emotions. I chose a mix of happiness and despair. Why? How would I know I got it right if I have not felt sadness? I continue to fight because I experience defeat, challenged by human values and test of friendships.

U: Unlimited guidance, love from ONE up above. It is by faith that I stand up when I fall and it is by hope that I do not give up battling life’s roller coaster ride of challenges.

I hope everyone had a very meaningful celebration of Christmas. After all, let us try to reflect and assess ourselves that if we have been wrapped as gifts, will the ONE up above be happy when HE unwraps us.
