Chris Pratt has teased the final movie of the Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy, telling us that he knows the story, and expresses how impressed he was by it.

The Guardians made a big appearance in Avengers: Infinity War where they played a huge role in the movie, bringing along their humor in the highly-anticipated meet up with the Avengers.

Infinity War has already broken records, it’s now the most-tweeted about movie of the year, beating Marvel’s other movie Black Panther. It’s also headed for a gigantic $240 million-plus opening weekend from 4,474 North American venues. With $39 million from Thursday it’s made the second-largest domestic first day of all time,  behind “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.”

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 was confirmed for release in 2020 by director James Gunn back in January where he announced via Twitter after he was asked by a fan.

Star-Lord actor Chris Pratt was recently asked about the upcoming Marvel movie at an Infinity War event by ET Canada, where he claimed that he’d read the scripts and the story is amazing.

“James [Gunn] has finished the script. I know the story. It’s going to be freaking amazing. This is very intentionally essentially the wrap up of a trilogy. So, the first film, the second film, and the third film each are standalone films, but there is an arc from the first to second to third that will wrap up through the course of this film. It’s imaginative, it’s big, bigger, better, faster, stronger, and funnier. It’s going to be great, I’m so excited.”

Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 definitely won’t see the end of the group on our screens, and we may see more of them in other MCU movies like Infinity War. They’ll be in the Avengers 4  which releases in May 2019, and likely others before Vol. 3 even releases.
