After 10 fantastic seasons and over 200 episodes, ABC’s The Middle is coming to an end, and according to the series creator the final episode will be both satisfying and hilarious.
Over the years since the show first aired in 2009 The Middle has bought us hundreds of laughs and countless memorable moments from the Heck family, but with the final episode on the horizon, series creator DeAnn Heline has assured fans that the show will go out with a ton of emotion, and the laugh’s we’ve come to love.
In a past interview with EW she said that the ending will be emotional, specifically joking that there will be no death’s like in Game of Thrones. She said, There will be no Game of Thrones horrible deaths. I think it will be super funny, satisfying, and the right ending for the show.”

DeAnne recently teases fans on Twitter by tweeting out a blurred version of the end of the script, noting that it will be ‘super emotional’.

You can just make out the final words that have been blurred on the image above which says CUT TO BLACK. Could the show end on maybe a slight cliff-hanger?
