Tom Cruise was being interviewed in Australia by Sunrise’s Samantha Armytage and she wanted to know if it’s true that Top Gun 2 is really Happening. He told her, “It’s true…I am going to start filming it probably in the next year.” Then he added, “It is definitely happening.”
Those are all the details he gave her, so we don’t who or if anyone from the 1986 will still have the need to speed with him. Well, I guess we do know that Anthony Edwards won’t be back because Goose is dead.
