Magnum P.I. isn't the only series getting a remake this fall TV season as The CW hopes to bewitch viewers with its new Charmed reboot.
The original series was broadcast for eight seasons from 1998 to 2006 and starred Alyssa Milano, Shannen Doherty and Holly Marie Combs (and later Rose McGowan) as the 'Halliwell' sisters, but it's time for three new sister witches to discover the 'Power of Three' to help protect innocents from supernatural dangers.
After their mother is attacked and killed by a demonic force, two sisters 'Mel Vera' (Melonie Diaz) and 'Maggie Vera' (Sarah Jeffery) discover the also have an older half-sister, 'Macy Vaughn' (Madeleine Mantock), who has been hidden from them all their lives and all three also learn that they are witches with supernatural powers.
These series launch billboards were snapped along Melrose Avenue, Hollywood Boulevard and Cahuenga Boulevard from September 24 to October 12, 2018.
This series about women and witchcraft joins Supergirl for an expanded sixth night of primetime television on The CW on Sundays this fall.
Only time will tell whether these new siblings will be able to charm audiences in the same way as the original, but there's never been a better time for a show about three powerful women taking control of their lives.
