Soon the PenaVega household will be a family of four. The couple just announced on Thursday, January 17 that they are expecting!
The 30-year-old Spy Kids alum went to her Twitter to break the joyous news to her followers. Sharing a family photo with her sweet son Ocean fast asleep in his stroller the actress wrote, “Holy Moly!!! Guys!!! We are having another baby!!!! Do we wake Ocean up and tell him??!! Beyond blessed and excited to continue growing this family!!! “Get ready for a whole new set of adventures!!!”

Carlos, 29, also made the announcement that he was due to be a father for a second time on his Instagram. The Big Time Rush alum posted a selfie of himself giving his wife a kiss. The star wrote alongside the photo, “It’s HAPPENING… AGAIN! WE’RE HAVING ANOTHER BABY!!! 2019 another PenaVega is joining the family! This year we will officially be able to say we have “kids”! Our minds are blown and we are beyond blessed and excited for our growing family!!! Let the journey begin!!!”
Alexa and Carlos tied the knot in January 2104. They welcomed their son Ocean in December 2016. Alexa opened up about her struggles getting pregnant with her son. The actress came clean about her fear of not being able to conceive due to the eating disorder she battled with when she was younger.

The former Nashville star spoke to Fit Pregnancy and Baby for their December 2017/January 2018 issue. “We tried to get pregnant for a good six months without luck. When it’s not working, you think, ‘Is there something wrong with me?’ ”
“I struggled with an eating disorder when I was younger. It was a big part of my life, and I was worried that I wasn’t getting pregnant because of some long-term damage from what I’d put my body through,” she admitted. “Even though my doctor said I was healthy, I felt so guilty about it.”
