Overboard tells the story of a single mother Kate (Anna Faris), who is hired by a selfish rich man Leonardo (Eugenio Derbez) to clean his yacht. After the work is done, he refuses to pay Kate as he is not convinced bey her work. Some time later, Kate returns to her house and receives news through local TV that, Leonardo has met with an accident on yacht and has lost his memory due to amnesia. Kate find it as a way to get her money back and revenge him, so she brings Leonardo to her home, convincing that she is his wife.
