Julianne Hough looked almost unrecognizable when she walked the red carpet for Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s new movie, A Star is Born. We had to do a double take when we spotted Julianne. She truly shocked everyone, but she was up for the change after growing her hair for her wedding.  Julianne’s Stylist Talks Her New Style Julianne’s new blunt bob and bangs came courtesy of her longtime hairstylist  Riawna Capri at Los Angeles’s Nine Zero One Salon. “Julianne has been so excited to go short since we were growing it out for her wedding,” Capri told Allure.  Julianne was ready for a change.
