Hawaiian Airlines adds a handy 'baggage bot' to website

Well Aloha! Here's a handy tool Hawaiian just put on its website.  It's called the Baggage Bot--a self-service feature that gives you fast answers to any luggage-related questions.  According to the company, it was created due to customer concerns.
“The Bot allows our guests to get the specific answers that they need – whether it’s shipping a surfboard or how to transport pineapples – and to get them fast,” "said Tracy Behler, senior director of online experience at Hawaiian Airlines.
Apparently the Bot's been busy this summer, answering over 85 percent of all baggage-related questions it’s asked. It is programmed with over 250 responses to questions such as:
Can I fly with a fresh lei?
What are the weight limits for a carry-on?
How can I travel with my infant’s stroller?
Can I take my lau lau and poke on the plane?
How do I transport the fish I caught on Maui to O‘ahu?

The Baggage Bot lives on the Hawaiian Airlines website or mobile app (under Contact Us) and available 2
4-hours a day, seven days a week. 

Hawaiian has some of the best flights from Los Angeles to Maui many with lie flat seats in First Class. The airline's crew  provides true Aloha service on board with meals served in coach and nice amenities in the front of the plane especially those comfy seats.
