Chef Mavro celebrating 19th anniversary with complimentary desserts

From now to October 15, Chef Mavro is saying  mahalo (thank you) to patrons with  a delicious complimentary dessert by its star pastry chef Jose Calpito (one per table with dinner).  But you must  mention the code "Fall Feast" when reserving your table. A little hint:  Jose's latest creation Burgundy Poached Fig, tapioca fig dumpling, pistachio crémeux & ice cream, red wine coulis, celery (pictured above). 

Or you can choose any of his famous desserts including another new creation: Waialua Estate Chocolate Crémeux & Gelée, malt vinegar ice cream, marinated blackberries, bourbon chantilly.
 
And look what's on the Small Plates Menu! Chef Mavro's famous Onaga baked in a salt crust, spinach, sauce of tomato, ogo & herbs. Served tableside. Perfect for 2-3 guests.

 
Chef Mavro's Grand Tasting Menu of 9 irresistible dishes is the other option. Here is one of the many popular courses: Seared Foie Gras, black sesame seeds, poha berry, long pepper, brioche.
