Chinese New Year at Brookfield Place | 16 February
Kicking off at 11:30am, follow the lion as he journeys through the city precinct offering blessings and warding off evil spirits. The Lion dance features performers from the Ging Mo Academy and a spectacular array of colour, dance and noise. For a quieter Chinese New Year, admire the traditional lanterns adorning the trees on the podium level of Heritage Square and the canopy of kites over the grassed area of the Main Square.
