September 22 is my birthday.
I went to Spanish restaurant "estacion" for dinner with Fumi.



"estacion" located in Kagurazaka,Tokyo.



The first drink was rose cava.
"estacion" is particular about the rose wine.




The starter was the Empanada of mackerel and dry sausage of iberico.


The first dish.
The Spanish mackerel, grilled eggprant and ajo blanco.


Chacolí was a slightly sparkling and very dry.


The second dish. Plancha of octopus.
The octopus was very soft.


The wine was "Can Sumoi La Rosa".


The third dish.
Fricando of beef.


The wine was "Protos".


The fourth dish.
Asado of iberico with watercress sauce.


The wine was "Lagar do Merens 30 Copelos".


The fifth dish.
Asado of Jersey beef with blue cheese sauce.


The wine is "Arenisca".




The six dish.
Arroz meloso of squid ink.


The wine was "Mas Comtal".


The dessert was basquaise cheese cake.
