Surimi 100 gr
Red Pepper 50 gr
Leek 30 gr

Butter 15 gr

PREPARATION
Cut the peppers into strips and fry them in butter, add the surimi and seasoned it with salt and pepper.
In another pan, fry the leeks previously cut in strips and add the cooked surimi. Then pour the preparation in a flour tortilla and roll halfway. Then, bend the ends to the center and finish wrapping. Place 2 toothpicks and fry. Once fried, cut it in half and add mayonnaise.
