All the 52 plots of 1200 square feet size have been booked by paying the Booking Amount. This shows the faith of our esteemed customers. All the customers are requested to intimate the Civil Works requirement (Boundary, construction of house or rooms, etc) in advance so that the company can work out the requirement with Civil Engineers for specific needs of individuals. In addition, the prices will come down substantially with combined execution of work. For the benefit of the customers, it is intimated that there is a lot of demand for small Rooms with attached Kitchen and Bathroom. Construction of these rooms will benefit the people as presently no infrastructure is available and people are commuting long distances. These each small rooms will fetch rent from Rs 2000 to Rs 3000. The company can collect and deposit the rent of all tenants for the benefit of the customers at a nominal charge. The cost of building 10 rooms is approximately 10 to 15 Lakhs depending on the choice of material and SBI Loan is available at minimum interest. The model room from the company is in the final stage of construction. The same may be inspected and decision taken by the customers.
