Indoor Aquatic Rules:

* Everyone must wear a proper swimsuit with a liner. Provocative and revealing swimsuits will not be permitted. Denim is not allowed in the aquatic area. A clean, white t-shirt may be worn over swim wear in the pool. Street shoes are not permitted on the deck; only sandals and water shoes are allowed.
* Everyone must shower before entering the pool.
* Do not run on the pool deck.
* All flotation devises worn in the pool must be US Coast Guard Approved.
* Toys are only allowed in the zero depth area. All toys are subject to management’s approval. (Metal toys and Nerf balls are not allowed.)
* Food or drink is not allowed in the pool area. Children under the age of 2 or children who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper. All diaper changing must take place inside the locker rooms.
* The pool and patio areas are designated as non-smoking areas.
* Do not dive off the side of the pools.
* Electronic equipment is not allowed on pool deck (radios, mp3 players, etc.)
* No horseplay (riding on shoulders, dunking, towel flipping, splashing, or overexcited behavior.)
* Do not hang on the ropes or ladders.
* Admittance will be refused for inappropriate behavior. This includes: drunk or disorderly behavior, inappropriate behavior, inappropriate attire, dangerous or offensive acts, disregard for others, endangering self or other’s safety, or use of profanity. Patrons can be suspended from the facility if management deems it appropriate. Admittance will be refused if patrons have open sores or contagious diseases.
* Unnecessary conversation with the pool staff is prohibited.
* Children ages 8 and younger must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. The patron must supervise the child at all times. Any child in question as to their ability to swim will be given a swimming ability test. If a child does not pass the swimming ability test or is unable to follow lifeguard direction, an adult will be required to be in the water and within arms reach of the child. Adults supervising in the water must wear proper swim attire. Non-members will be required to pay daily admission.
* Families and Groups with Children Six or More: Groups of children with six or more need to have an adult to child ratio of 1:4. All patrons are expected to be in proper swim attire.
* The City of Grandview is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lost and found items will be disposed of every 48 hours.
* All ordinances of the City of Grandview shall be enforced. Management reserves the right to alter the rules and/or polices if deemed appropriate.



Waterslide Rules

* Children under 48” inches are not permitted on the slide.
* Swim wear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or other ornamentation are not permitted.
* Eyeglasses, goggles, and flotation devices are not allowed on the slide.
* Riders may not stop at anytime on the slide.
* No throwing items to or from the slide.
* Only one rider may enter the flume at one time.
* Only one rider may be in the catch pool at one time. No swimming or playing in the catch pool.
