Exam Stress begins when you feel that you are not able to cope with revision, or pressure from your family or school during exam times. It is an unavoidable part of every student's life.

1.Plan a schedule


Set the specific time for studying each day. Make sure that your schedule provides sufficient time for completing every portion of an exam.
