Colors of Indian palate at IndeBlue Indian Restaurant in Philadelphia

It was our anniversary and we wanted to go to special place to dine in. My husband suggested Indeblue and I am glad he did it. The moment I entered the restaurant, I was welcomed by enticing aroma and beautiful décor. IndeBlue is an Indian Restaurant who have both traditional dishes and creative fusion stuff on the menu, which is worth a try. We started off with a new appetizer – Spinach chaat, as recommended by my husband. (Oh yes, my husband is a regular at the place and this time we ordered by his suggestion.) It was a very new version of the regular chaats that we eat and was amazing. Fried spinach leaves mixed with onion and tomatoes and topped with a tangy tamarind date sauce. It was so yummy that we just gorged onto it and even forgot to take a picture. Guess sometimes it’s more important to enjoy your meal and not think about anything else. In the main course, we ordered a Vegetarian Thali, boneless butter chicken, and a basket of bread.
